It offers an exciting and powerful resource that provides easily way for users to find information for course training without the need to visit the organization. The costs to develop content and employee learning and development system can be significant. In addition, the adoption and acceptance of the system depends on the characteristics and environment of the culture in the organization. Those employees directly affected by the technology advance should taken into account or consulted when choose to use a new system.
These emphasize the need for HR department to understand how use the internet for recruitment as well as selection-related data while provide strategic information to the organization effectively.
