Summary

After learnt the entire topics, I got a knowledge pertaining to the topics. The topics make me more understand about the systems that use by personnel in human resource department in organization as well as to the employee in the organization. After learnt the topics, I thinks that the e-recruitment, ELD, and performance management system is very important because it can give benefits to the individual employee as well as to the organization.

As part of e-based business development nowadays, web-based technology learning becomes essential. It offers an exciting and powerful resource that provides easily way for users to find information for course training without the need to visit the organization. The costs to develop content and employee learning and development system can be significant. In addition, the adoption and acceptance of the system depends on the characteristics and environment of the culture in the organization. Those employees directly affected by the technology advance should taken into account or consulted when choose to use a new system.
These emphasize the need for HR department to understand how use the internet for recruitment as well as selection-related data while provide strategic information to the organization effectively. It allow candidates be able to check the information during the time they need. E-recruitment system also helps organization to recruit the quality of candidates for the right work vacancies in the organization. Although many organizations have systems used for the employee performance management, but a poor design and implemented the system can have disastrous consequences for all involved. It needs the cooperation among employees to perform as well lead to the successful implementation of the system. So, whether organization needs upgrading an existing system, or implementing a new module in a system, manager must consider those employees who will use the system.                     
                              
In conclusion, the topics learnt and information gathered in this reflection is important and useful to me for my future use when I get the job in the human resource field. The information gathered can help me to remember back what I have learnt before and it will benefit to me
